Includes a variety of training techniques such as yoga, pilates & circuit, outdoors. 

Core Foundations: Beginner Class 

Includes functional exercises that can help improve posture, flexibility, balance, strength, control, mindfulness & relaxation. 

Core Power: Intermediate/Advanced

Includes functional exercises with increased intensity that can help improve posture, flexibility, balance, strength, control, mindfulness & relaxation. 

Yoga

This class is designed to improved flexibility, strength & balance through a variety of yoga postures and breathing techniques.
