Mind Flo

Connect your mind and body with mindful movement and breathwork to boost focus, awareness and reduce stress. 

Yoga Flo

This class is designed to improved flexibility, strength & balance through a variety of yoga postures and breathing techniques. 

Air Flo (Oxygen Advantage Techniques)

Developed from breath work guru (Patrick McKeown: Owner of Oxygen Advantage). Breathe smarter. Perform better. Energize your body and mind, one breath at a time. 

Team Training, Corporate &/Outdoor Class
